Property Management

We look after your home as if it were one of our own. We treat each property individually and create a tailor made package suitable for your personal needs. We offer a comprehensive cleaning service both internally and externally, a complete gardening and pool care programme and all year security checks.

Our office is manned from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday and from 10:00am to 1:00pm on Saturdays. We also have an emergency contact number in the Playa Blanca area to call outside office hours. We have spanish and english speaking staff who can assist you and your clients, and have years of experience to back up our professionalism.

Additionally, in the event of a real emergency, we can react fast. We have the local knowledge, local language and local contacts to be able to resolve problems on your behalf.

Property Maintenance

From changing a light bulb to unblocking a drain, our maintenance team is on hand to meet all your requirements. In the event of an emergency , we will complete any repairs immediately. With the highest attention to detail provided at all times, we can also offer monthly inspection reports allowing you to enjoy complete peace of mind.

We can also assist you with larger projects. With our knowledge of the best architects, builders and tradesmen on the island, we will ensure that the project will get done on spec, for the agreed amount and on time. You will not get ripped off.

Swimming Pool Care

We have the experience and expertise to look after your swimming pool as if it were one of our own, both for commercial or residencial properties.

We will ensure that your pool is correctly balanced with the right chemicals, as well as maintained on a regular basis. We can also assist you with pool covers, heaters and accessories.

Building Projects

From installing a new kitchen, terrace, bathroom, additional bedroom, sports room, roof terrace to a Manrique style bench or an awsome BBQ to impress your friends, Freedom Properties can undertake all your building projects in the Playa Blanca area. All jobs will be strictly monitored and completed on time and in budget with our in house professionals. We will provide you with regular inspection reports. Relax with the added knowledge that all our professional workers are legal and contracted, and all works are guaranteed for 12 months.
