He worked extremely hard for us, particularly when we were at home in Barnsley, and he made the process of purchasing overseas seem relatively easy.
Previously we had concerns about buying abroad and had heard many tales of possible problems and advice on the necessity to use English lawyers. Andy was exceptionally supportive with no sales pressure; thanks to his patience and advice, the contracts were completed smoothly. We had flight problems due to volcanic ash over Britain, yet Andy ensured that one of the contracts was completed on time in our absence.
Having purchased properties from owners living in Germany, Iran, Norway and Australia, we really appreciated that Andy worked over and above what would normally have been included in his job description, with the need to liaise between all parties. The flight problems for all concerned added to his work load, with cancellations of meetings,
signings etc., yet Andy was always available with sensible advice and constant support.
Prior to our arrival in Lanzarote Andy had e-mailed us details of properties which matched our criteria. Once in Playa Blanca we met Andy, who accompanied us around, quietly answering our many questions. Andy used his initiative when realising that our list of preferred properties had narrowed down and even carried the extra keys for our suspected first choices, so that we could again make comparisons.
Our introduction to lawyers and a notary was through Andy, who spent time taking us to their offices. His help was gratefully received, particularly with the need for lawyers who could translate all the necessary documents into three different languages. Andy supported us throughout the process, accompanying us for each meeting.
We were so lucky to meet such a sincere, sociable, informed personality and during our short acquaintance, we consider Andy to be a friend. We would highly recommend him to any prospective purchasers of property in Lanzarote, who would be assured of
excellent service and exceptional support. He is a great credit to Freedom Properties;

I was very lucky to select \'Freedom Properties\' as my selling agent for my property in Lanzorate, as I picked an agent that appealed to me online. AngeliqueDate Published: 28-12-2009Faro Park\'Having rented various properties in Lanzarote over the years and most recently in Faro Park, Playa Blanca, we decided that this is where we wanted to buy: quality villas in a nice development, shops nearby, on a bus route or 5 minutes from the town centre by car, with good renting potential. One of the existing owners recommended Freedom Properties to us and their offices at Puerto Chico are very convenient.
Warwick showed us several properties in our price range and we soon found the villa we were looking for. There was no hard sell and after a bit of negotiating, our offer was accepted.
It is important when back in the UK to have confidence in the estate agent who will guide you through the process, from recommending a solicitor, advising the procedures and communicating with the seller etc. All was straightforward and communicating by email and phone when required was easy.
We finally signed for our villa after a couple of months and Andy\'s assistance on the day was invaluable and helped make the process a painless experience\'
