We would like to say a huge thank you to you and to your staff for everything you have done, both in terms of helping us to select our property, the assistance in terms of finding a suitable bank to help us with our mortgage and the recommendation of a lawyer. All of these people made the purchase very straight forward.
We think the fact that Freedom Properties are based on site at Puerto Chico is very important. It provides us with great reassurance that everything is being taken care of, especially when we are thousands of miles away.
In addition when our nephew was visiting and taken ill, it was wonderful that the staff were able to provide a referral to excellent medical care.
When Andy was at home and Sarah was away with the children, our youngest daughter got injured and Freedom Properties were very supportive to Sarah.
Most recently the excellent service we received in the planning, choice and installation of our new bathroom all by email and many photographs, turned out to be the easiest piece of building work we have ever undertaken! We arrived to find a newly installed bathroom, in mint condition.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff of Freedom Properties. Everything is carried out with the minimum of fuss and always with a smile!

Now that the sale of Villa Sassi has completed and I am back in the UK, I thought it would be appropriate to drop you a line to say how much I appreciated everything that you and your team had done to find buyer(s) and make sure the sale of Sassi, and of course the previous sale of Casa Obi last year, went through with as few problems as possible.
Having been involved in construction and property development for most of my career in the UK I know that, on occasion, I can tend to be a demanding client when it comes to my expectations of the property agents and other professionals I instruct. However I can honestly say that, even though the economic climate over the last 6 months has not been the easiest on record, Freedom Properties\' service exceeded even my expectations!

Having purchased and sold a property in mainland Spain previously I did have some experience of the hurdles that need to be jumped to ensure a smooth purchase. From the outset the friendly and low key approach you adopted when showing us around a number of properties, was very much appreciated. However the most impressive part for me was your skill in bringing together, Vendor and buyer price agreement, organising a mortgage with a local Bank, arranging a very capable local Solicitor, all who could speak English by the way. PeterDate Published: 06-02-2008Palomar Building ProjectLast year we approached Freedom Properties, who manage our property, for their views on creating a roof terrace on our villa. One of their employees, Steve, had undertaken building projects before and offered to undertake this project. His quote for the work was extremely competitive and he had excellent ideas and suggestions in the planning stages. We agreed a date for the work to commence to fit in between villa bookings. The work was started and completed on time. Despite being in the U.K. we were kept up to date and consulted throughout by regular emails and photographs. Steve also used his initiative to make improvements on the initial design. The final result was finished to a very high standard and exceeded our expectations. We would have no hesitation in recommending Steve and Freedom Properties for any similar work
