AngeliqueDate Published: 28-12-2009Faro Park\'Having rented various properties in Lanzarote over the years and most recently in Faro Park, Playa Blanca, we decided that this is where we wanted to buy: quality villas in a nice development, shops nearby, on a bus route or 5 minutes from the town centre by car, with good renting potential. One of the existing owners recommended Freedom Properties to us and their offices at Puerto Chico are very convenient.
Warwick showed us several properties in our price range and we soon found the villa we were looking for. There was no hard sell and after a bit of negotiating, our offer was accepted.
It is important when back in the UK to have confidence in the estate agent who will guide you through the process, from recommending a solicitor, advising the procedures and communicating with the seller etc. All was straightforward and communicating by email and phone when required was easy.
We finally signed for our villa after a couple of months and Andy\'s assistance on the day was invaluable and helped make the process a painless experience\'
